Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are looking for a senior employment lawyer to support one of our key clients. This will be for up to 12 months, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Person specification:

  • You are a qualified lawyer.
  • You have significant employment experience.
  • You will ideally have pensions and incentives experience.
  • You will ideally have experience working within financial services.
  • You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
  • You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
  • You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
