Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from corporate trust lawyers to support our internally across various clients. This is expected to be a full-time role with three days in our London office.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with proven experience in corporate trust, gained within a leading private practice or an in-house legal team.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
