Main purpose of the role:

We are keen to hear from junior/mid-level corporate lawyers to support on various vacancies, particularly those with experience in public and private markets.

Person specification:

  • You are a qualified lawyer with corporate experience from a leading private practice.
  • You have experience in public and private markets.
  • You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
  • You can work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
  • You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
  • You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of a wider team.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
