Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are looking for commercial contracts lawyers to support our key financial services clients on interim roles. We currently have opportunities for both full-time and part-time consultants, for 3-6 months.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer.
- You have significant commercial contracts experience, working with data, IT and research contracts.
- You will ideally have experience working in-house.
- You will ideally have experience working within financial services.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
