Main purpose of the role
Simmons Adaptive is looking for a junior corporate/commercial lawyer to support one of our energy clients. This will be for an initial term of 5 months, with a hybrid working arrangement.

- Qualified lawyer
- Experience working on AI governance and AI use cases
- Experience working on technology transactions
- Problem solver with a collaborative approach
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment
- Works quickly and effectively to tight deadlines, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team
