Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for a commercial contracts lawyer, immediately available to support for an assignment lasting 3-4 months. You will be working with one of our financial institution clients. This could be on a full time, part time or ad hoc basis. The role will involve managing a wide range of commercial contracts.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience across a range of matters.
- You will also ideally have experience across FinTech, payments and regulatory matters.
- You will ideally be working in-house however those from a private practice background will be considered.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
- You are a self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop strong relationships and excellent time management skills.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
