Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Supervising or Managing Associate to support our growing Private Funds practice in London. You will bring around 4–8 years’ PQE with private fund formation and/or investment experience, taking early responsibility and direct client exposure on cross‑border mandates.

You will work alongside partners across our funds, tax, corporate and finance teams, developing your profile within a top‑tier practice and contributing to high‑value, technically sophisticated work.
