We advise leading investment banks, asset managers, corporates, and are the preferred derivatives adviser for the European hedge fund community.
Our expertise spans the full spectrum of derivatives and structured products, including structured credit and equity products, interest rate, FX, and inflation products, commodity-linked transactions, ETP platforms, and Islamic derivatives. We also specialise in prime brokerage, intermediation arrangements, credit risk mitigation, repos, and securities lending.
Our transactional teams work in tandem with our regulatory lawyers, who are at the forefront of regulatory developments. We have actively contributed to market responses on retail structured products, UCITS, AIFMD, and ETFs through the Joint Associations Committee, and are deeply involved in various ICMA, FMLC, and FOA committees.
The RoleWe are seeking a deal leading senior associate to join our market leading Structured Products team, based in either our London or Bristol office. We are looking for a talented and technical Structured Products lawyer, who has ambition and aptitude to embrace our first-class client base and be a part of a large global team. The role will offer a varied workload with the opportunity to work on cross-border matters with our global network throughout Europe, ME and APAC.
Person specification- Applicants will ideally be 5+ PQE with strong Structured Products experience, which will have been gained at another leading City or international practice.
