As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we encourage regular engagement. You will have access to the firm's resources and know-how and have the opportunity to participate in training and development at the Firm.
Purpose of the Role
Simmons Adaptive is keen to hear from mid-level venture capital lawyers interested in supporting a key client at Simmons & Simmons. This is expected to be a part-time role (2 days per week) for 6 months.
Person Specification
- You are a qualified lawyer with venture capital experience from a leading private practice or financial institution.
- You have particular experience around EIS funds, KI funds, retail and consumer duty.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
