As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we encourage regular engagement. You will have access to the firm's resources and know-how and the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.
Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is looking for a Transaction Management lawyer to support one of our key financial institution clients for an initial term of 6 months, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer.
- You will have significant experience structuring and executing transactions.
- You have significant loan and document negotiation experience.
- You will ideally have experience working in the financial services sector.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
