As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we encourage regular engagement. Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is looking for a Transaction Management lawyer to support one of our key financial institution clients for an initial term of 6 months, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Person specification:

  • You are a qualified lawyer.
  • You will have significant experience structuring and executing transactions.
  • You have significant loan and document negotiation experience.
  • You will ideally have experience working in the financial services sector.
  • You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
  • You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
  • You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
