Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is looking for real estate and property lawyers interested in supporting a key client. This is expected to be a full-time role for 6 months, based in London, Manchester, Milton Keynes, or the Isle of Man.
Person specification:
- You are a senior lawyer with real estate experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
- You have strong experience in land acquisition and development work, including site acquisitions, development agreements, and strategic land matters.
- You have experience advising on funding arrangements.
- You are a problem solver with a collaborative approach.
- You can work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills and can effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of a wider team.
- You must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
