As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we encourage regular engagement. You will have access to the firm's resources and know-how and the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.
Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from employment lawyers interested in supporting a key fintech client. This is expected to be a full-time role (with three days in the London office) for 3-6 months, covering for a member of the team on maternity leave, and will entail day-to-day employment advisory work as well as providing project support.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified senior employment lawyer with experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
- You are comfortable working autonomously.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You can work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
