Purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is looking for a lawyer to support one of our key energy clients on LNG transactional matters for an initial term of 6 months, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer.
- You will ideally have experience advising on LNG sale and purchase transactions and associated operational matters.
- Experience in gas, power, oil or broader commodities trading will also be considered.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You can work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
