As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we encourage regular engagement. You will have access to the firm's resources and know-how and have the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.
Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from commercial lawyers with crypto experience to support one of our financial institution clients. This is a full-time role for 6 months, working a hybrid model of 1-2 days in the office per week.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with proven commercial experience, gained in a leading private practice or an in-house legal role.
- You will ideally be a subject matter expert in crypto matters.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
