Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking a Funds lawyer with 2–5 years PQE for interim consultancy assignments with our clients in the investment management sector in London. The role offers 3–6 months of flexible, project-based work and exposure to fund formation, documentation and governance matters.

You will work with a sponsoring Partner and client teams, draft and negotiate fund documents, advise on investor negotiations and day-to-day funds issues, and contribute to regulatory and compliance.
