Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking an interim ECM/M&A lawyer to support a financial institution client for six months, with a hybrid working arrangement in London. The role requires a qualified lawyer with significant ECM or public M&A experience and a collaborative, deadline-driven approach.
As part of the Adaptive resourcing team, you will work under a sponsoring Partner and integrate with a client team, enjoying access to the firm's resources and opportunities for training and networking.
