Main purpose of the role

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from senior funds or commercial lawyers who are interested in supporting a key client at Simmons & Simmons. This is expected to be a 3-4 month role, and the client is flexible on working arrangement.

Person specification

  • You are an experienced and qualified commercial or funds lawyer.
  • You have experience identifying where efficiencies can be made and processes can be standardised in legal functions.
  • You have experience in establishing playbooks for areas such as commercial contracts, NDAs and KYCs.
  • You will ideally have experience working in a fund or asset management client.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
  • You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
  • You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
  • You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
