We have an exciting new opportunity for a transactional corporate associate with an Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) focus, to be based in our Bristol office. Our practice covers all asset classes across the ENRI spectrum (mining, power (renewables and conventional), oil & gas, digital and other infrastructure) with a strong focus on cross border transactions. Our clients include corporates, investment funds, major development finance institutions, governments and commercial banks.
Internationally, we have over 100 lawyers working on deals from our network of offices and we have the strength, depth and global reach to advise on major transactions no matter what the jurisdiction or location.
You will join our highly acclaimed and collegiate group, working with prestigious clients and alongside leading lawyers who are experts in their field.
- A talented and ambitious lawyer with around 1-4 years' post qualified experience gained within an international or national firm;
- Strong private M&A experience - ideally with exposure to ENRI asset classes;
- A proactive and commercial approach along with a 'one team' mentality;
- Excellent drafting skills and ability to focus on detail;
- An intelligent lawyer with a strong academic record, along with excellent communication skills.
