For additional information on the firm, please visit .**Main purpose of the role:**Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from Asset Management Lawyers who are keen to support our client, a global investment management firm.This is a full time role covering a parental leave for 6 months, and based in the London office 3-4 days per week.The consultant will have a focus on a mix of IMA work and implementing new products and ideas across the global business.**Person specification:*** You are a qualified lawyer with asset management and investment funds experience.* You have experience drafting Investment Management Agreements.* You have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to understand the perspective of clients.* You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.* You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
