The role:
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of the organisation\’s DEI roadmap across all international practice groups and business services teams. Supporting the DEI team on all initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams including recruitment, internal communications, employee networks.
The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Team consists of 4 other team members, that form a hybrid team, located in London, Amsterdam and Düsseldorf.
What will you do:

Plan, organise and attend diversity and inclusion online and offline events including taking responsibility from start to end, including invitee lists and invitations, virtual/room booking, arrangements with speakers, catering, facilities and IT.

Lead on our Outreach programmes including our Young Talent programme, 10,000 Black / 10,000 Able Interns programmes and others.

Support the coordination of internal DEI communications and update the firm’s intranet and website with key initiatives.

Support and build relationships with the DEI employee resource network groups and help to organise events and create communication.

Act as the main point of contact for incoming enquiries received by both internal and external contacts via the DEI inbox.

Assist with collating data and information for diversity and inclusion awards, submissions and memberships.

Assist with collating data and information for diversity and inclusion metrics for internal and external DEI data reporting purposes.

Provide general administrative support to the DEI team. This includes arranging meetings and any other duties, as reasonably requested.

Responsible for keeping DEI trackers updated including client request, events, communications, submission, etc.

Responsible for processing of invoices and expenses.

Responsible for monitoring the budget for DEIemployee resource networks.
What we are looking for:

Excellent academics, preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience working within a corporate environment.

Demonstrates an interest in DEI, people and culture in a corporate environment.

Excellent IT skills, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience using AI to increase productivity and efficiency would be beneficial.

Willingness to use software packages that might be unfamiliar.

Excellent organisational skills and time management skills.
