Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage competitive total rewards programmes, including compensation, benefits, and wellness initiatives, aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the firm remains competitive in its offerings across all regions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, finance, and leadership teams to develop and manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and bonus programmes.
- Oversee benefits administration, including vendor management, compliance, and communication to employees.
- Provide expert guidance on reward-related matters during recruitment, retention, and performance management processes.
- Analyse data and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programmes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all jurisdictions where the firm operates.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in a total rewards, compensation, or benefits specialist role, ideally within financial services or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, with experience managing programmes across multiple regions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and modelling, with the ability to interpret and present complex information to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Excel, or other analytics platforms).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications.
