Our Client Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed by one of the largest pension funds in the UK on a brilliant Compliance Manager opportunity to support the second line on oversight of regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and maintain regulatory risk assessments in line with pensions legislation.
- Design, implement, and execute a risk based monitoring plan, involving thematic second line reviews aligned with the firm’s regulatory obligations under pensions regulation.
- Develop and implement second line policies, procedures, and monitoring frameworks, providing expert regulatory advice and guidance on pensions regulations.
- Undertake ad-hoc regulatory projects as required.
Experience Required
- Comprehensive regulatory expertise in UK trust based defined benefit and defined contribution occupational pension schemes.
- Experienced in developing and executing pensions compliance programmes and related policies.
