Our Client: Simmons & Hanbury are working with a leading, global investment manager whose investment strategy is primarily focused across equities, fixed income and private markets. They are now searching for a compliance officer with significant investment shareholder disclosure experience to come in and support the collegiate and dynamic team already in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily oversight of shareholder activity, ensuring compliance with ISH reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit disclosure reports within internal and regulatory deadlines.
  • Analyse regulatory developments and evaluate their implications on compliance frameworks, presenting findings to key internal stakeholders.
