I am partnering with a trading firm in their search for a Legal Counsel to join the team, starting in March, with potential to be based in London or Amsterdam. This role will be providing legal support and advice to senior management and the Group General Counsel on international issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with trading matters
  • Managing contentious work
  • Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements such as data agreements, service agreements and terms of business
  • Advising on the interpretation and assisting in the implementation of new regulation and legislation where relevant and working closely with the relevant teams
  • Assisting with new projects including the launch of new business lines where relevant to your region and globally where resource is needed (currently DORA and EU AI Act)

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years PQE and be available to start immediately.
