Our client is seeking a senior governance lawyer to join their team on a maternity leave cover, providing support to the business and providing leadership responsibilities.

Providing guidance on legal and corporate governance such as partnership agreements, legal and regulatory frameworks.

Range of legal and governance matters including matters of constitutional.

Experienced lawyer qualified in the UK with understanding of UK Governance Laws.
