A well-established financial services group is looking for an experienced Company Secretarial professional to join at a pivotal moment in its growth. This is a rare opportunity for a Company Secretarial professional to take this business on a strategic journey that shapes governance at the highest level. This contract will see you at the centre of Board strategy, regulatory excellence, and a major plc transformation project.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end production of the annual report and coordinating AGMs across complex stakeholder groups
- Supporting workstreams - governance frameworks, Board and committee structures, director induction
- Organising and minuting Board, Executive, and committee meetings to a high standard
- Overseeing statutory registers, corporate records, and regulatory filings
- Advising on listing rules, UK Corporate Governance Code, and company law matters
- Managing corporate insurance renewal and mentoring junior team members
- Working on a specific PLC project for the business and improving the function accordingly
