Risk Role - Hedge Fund - Emerging Markets Focus
I’m working exclusively on a Risk Analyst opportunity with a leading investment firm in London.
I’m keen to speak with Market Risk Analysts with Emerging Markets experience, ideally with a strong understanding of Fixed Income products.
The role sits closely with Portfolio Managers and trading desks, covering:
- Monitoring and assessing portfolio risk and exposures
- Analysing risk and P&L drivers across trading strategies
- Providing independent risk assessments to PMs and senior management
- Developing and enhancing risk tools using Python / SQL
- Working with PMs, Trading, Tech and Quant teams to improve risk analysis and infrastructure
You’ll need strong market/product knowledge, solid technical skills and the ability to build credibility with senior investment professionals.
