Our client, a leading investment management firm are looking for a Paralegal to join the team to support on a wide variety of legal matters. This is an excellent role for an ambitious paralegal who wants to join the firm at a time of growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the London Legal team with day-to-day legal queries such as reviewing commercial contracts, responding to employment queries and assisting with general corporate matters, as required.
- Draft and file Companies House forms.
- Organise and maintain precedent documentation.
Experience requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal sector with a focus on financial services.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and drafting skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
