S&H have been instructed by a leading global technology business on an exciting new Senior Legal Counsel hire for a French speaker.
Responsibilities include:
- Full contract life cycle on UK and European markets: draft and negotiate commercial contracts (such as customer agreements, services agreements, commercial and tech partnership agreements, software and license agreements).
- Act as interim DPO and be responsible for advising on data matters.
- Supporting the business on a variety of matters including marketing, finance, customer support etc.
- Internal training on a variety of areas.
About you:
- Fluent in French including contract drafting.
- UK/US/EU Qualified with top tier background.
- Must have significant commercial technology experience.
- Some data protection experience is preferred.
- PQE Guide circa 4 years + (this is a guide only).
- In-house experience valuable but not essential.
