Simmons & Hanbury are exclusively instructed by a high-growth technology business on an interim Legal Counsel hire based in London. The role will be working closely with the General Counsel within a highly collegiate and impressive legal function. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including B2B SaaS agreements and supply partner agreements.
- Provide advice on data protection agreements, terms of services and other privacy related contracts.
- Assist teams across the business in identifying issues and commercial risks with relevant stakeholders.
- Support with corporate and governance related matters.
Experience requirements
- At 3-4 PQE years post qualification experience at a highly ranked law firm or start up/fintech.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a regulated backdrop.
- Desire to learn and develop under the guidance of an experienced and highly supportive manager.
