Simmons & Hanbury are partnering with a globally active investment manager who are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their top-tier Private Markets legal team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate looking to make their first move in-house. The successful candidate would be involved in:

  • Legal support across private equity and infrastructure investments.
  • Support on launching new funds/fund change work whilst liaising with external counsel.
  • Advising key stakeholders across the Private Markets function.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 PQE with experience in PE and M&A transactional work within a highly ranked international law firm.
  • Experience advising on institutional investor negotiations and complex fund documentation.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Consistently strong academic record.
