Our Client is a globally recognised leader in the shipping industry, specialising in a variety of products, largely oil & gas related. This is an exciting opportunity for a 3-5PQE broadly corporate/commercial lawyer, or an Asset Finance lawyer, who have a keen interest in the shipping sector, looking to make their first move in-house where they can work with an excellent team and develop their career. You will have ideally been trained and qualified in the UK at a top City Law firm.

Depending on experience, you will be working on at least two of the following areas:

  • Compliance matters – working together with external counsel;
  • Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and share purchase agreements;
  • Transactional shipping documentation including finance documentation;
  • Commercial Contracts.
