S&H have been exclusively instructed by a top tier fintech who are seeking a Corporate lawyer to join their excellent team in London. The role will focus on Corporate activities including occasional M&A.
Key responsibilities:
- Wide variety of Corporate work including potential acquisitions, disposals, integrations and governance.
- Working closely with the GC and senior management.
- Potential to take on some broader work.
- Potential work on fundraising in future.
Experience requirements:
