Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed by one of the world's leading healthcare companies on a Legal Counsel (12 month FTC) hire into their top tier legal team in London.
As Legal Counsel you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the legal and compliance of the group both regionally and globally. Providing legal assistance on a broad range of commercial, IP and licensing agreements across the group. Working closely with business advisors, providing legal advice to assist them in their decision making. Playing a crucial role in the success and development of the General Counsel's office at group level.
Requirements:
- Circa 3+ years PQE either from top tier private practice or in-house.
- Strong exposure to brands and licensing work.
- Excellent academic record.
- Ambitious, motivated, ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
