My client, an exciting Real Estate business, are searching for a Legal Director to join their legal team. You will be responsible for providing advice on real estate, corporate and general commercial matters. Day to day will include:
- Drafting and negotiating property documents such as long leases, joint venture agreements, certificates of title, sale and purchase agreements, development agreements.
- Supporting the Head of Legal on transactions such as real estate development financing, planning agreements.
- Supporting project management, general commercial contracts.
- Managing direct reports and external counsel.
This role requires office attendance one day per week.
