Simmons & Hanbury are exclusively instructed by a high-growth technology business on a newly created Legal Counsel hire based in London. The role will be working closely with the Legal Director within a highly collegiate and impressive legal function. The role will be working in their London office 2 days in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including B2B SaaS agreements and supply partner agreements.
- Provide advice on on data protection agreements, terms of services and other privacy related contracts.
- Assist teams across the business in identifying issues and commercial risks with relevant stakeholders.
- Support with corporate and governance related matters.
Experience requirements
- At 1-3PQE years post qualification experience at a highly ranked law firm or start up/fintech.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a regulated backdrop.
- Desire to learn and develop under the guidance of an experienced and highly supportive manager.
