Legal Counsel - Corporate M&A - Retail

Key responsibilities

• Wide variety of Corporate work including potential acquisitions, disposals, integrations and governance.
• Working closely with the global Corporate team and the UK legal team, including existing corporate lawyers, to learn from and collaborate with.
• Potential to take on some broader work.
• Advisory work at UK and global level.

Experience requirements

• 3–5 years\’ PQE (this is a guide only).
• Must have Corporate experience gained at a top law firm.
• Keen to develop an in‑house career at an exciting company.
