Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed by one of the worlds leading healthcare companies on a Legal Counsel (12 month FTC) hire into their top tier legal team in London.

Key Responsibilities As Legal Counsel you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the legal and compliance of the group both regionally and globally.

Your key responsibilities will include: Providing legal assistance on a broad range of commercial, IP and licencing agreements across the group.

Working closely with business advisors, providing legal advise to assist them in their decision making.

Playing a crucial role in the success and development of the General Counsel's office at group level.

Experience

Requirements: Circa 3+ years PQE either from top tier private practice or in-house.

In-house experience (either from a secondment or prior role) highly desirable.

Strong exposure to brands and licensing work Excellent academic record Ambitious, motivated, ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
