In-house Counsel – Leading Global Hedge Fund

You would be working for one of the leading, most prominent Global Multi Strategy Hedge funds who currently manage circa $30 billion dollars. They have a number of international locations and are an exceptional brand in the market. The Role:

NQ-3 PQE Corporate lawyer with experience ideally across private equity, venture capital or general corporate, to join an expanding legal team. This role will offer the opportunity to get involved in covering VC, fund investments and general corporate matters, in addition to working across other asset classes and work streams. The incoming individual will need to be comfortable with the role being varied, high-paced and requiring someone who is keen to learn and get stuck in.

Key Requirements:

• Circa 0-3 years PQE – UK Qualified Corporate lawyer; Ideally VC, PE or General Corporate coverage either from top tier private practice or In-House Institution.
• In-house experience (either from a secondment or prior role) highly desirable.
• Exposure to PE, VC transactions preferable.
• Strong negotiation skills and sensibility to interact with clients from around the world.
• Excellent academic record.
• Ambitious, motivated, ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
