Our client Simmons & Hanbury, a leading Facilities Management business, seeks a commercial/construction lawyer with 4-6 PQE to support major capital projects in-house. You will report to the Head of Legal and contribute to contract strategy on high-value work, with flexibility to base in London or Surrey.
You will advise on NEC and JCT contracts, standard forms, and related commercial agreements, handling disputes and supporting the Projects Leadership Team.
