Simmons and Hanbury have exclusively partnered with a top retailer on a Legal Counsel hire into their high-calibre legal team in London. This is a varied and exciting position working closely with the Head of Competition and wider legal team.
The role:
- Advise on merger control, CMA engagement, and consumer laws
- Engage with business in relation to new Digital Markets Competition and Consumer Act
- Provide strategic competition advice and be involved in any contentious work.
About you:
- 2-4 PQE in a top tier law competition team or in-house at a global business
- Excellent academic record
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience dealing with CMA regulations
