We are excited to be partnering with a leading, fast‑growing commodities business to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel into a high‑impact role supporting both physical trading and strategic corporate activity. This position sits at the heart of the organisation, advising senior stakeholders on complex physical commodities trading arrangements alongside corporate M&A, joint ventures and investment transactions.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping deals, managing risk and enabling commercial growth across a dynamic trading platform. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded senior lawyer (10+ PQE) with deep experience in physical commodities trading and corporate M&A, from both private practice and in‑house, who enjoys working autonomously and acting as a trusted advisor to the business.
You will be comfortable operating at pace, taking ownership of matters end‑to‑end and contributing strategically in an entrepreneurial environment.
