The business are now looking for a Corporate counsel to join the high quality, dynamic Legal & Compliance function to support across both public and private M&A transactions, restructuring work, refinancing and family office matters.

Experience Requirements

  • Circa 5-8 years PQE either from top tier private practice or in-house.
  • In‑house experience (either from a secondment or prior role) highly desirable.
  • Strong exposure to M&A / restructuring.
  • Strong negotiation skills and sensibility to interact with clients from around the world.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Ambitious, motivated, ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
