I am partnering with a leading Fintech in their search for a Commercial Technology lawyer to join them on an initial FTC (c.5 months).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a wide range of commercial technology matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements related to software development, SaaS, licensing, cloud services, and data privacy.
  • Provide legal support for product development, technology partnerships, and licensing agreements with third-party vendors.
  • Ensure that technology agreements and contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in relation to data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, compliance, and operations, to manage legal risk and address business needs.
  • Support in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances involving technology-driven businesses.
  • Develop and deliver training on legal and regulatory requirements related to technology and contracts.
  • Provide ongoing legal advice to senior stakeholders and contribute to the development of business strategies.
