The company S&H are exclusively partnering with a leading mobile network who are expanding rapidly across Europe. The business is seeking a high quality senior commercial lawyer to join its in-house team on a 12 month FTC, supporting the General Counsel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day legal queries and advising on a variety of legal issues facing the UK business.
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts for suppliers, agencies and software, consumer contracts, marketing law (terms and conditions, promotions and advertising campaigns).
- Advising on high level consumer complaints.
- Instructing and managing external lawyers.
- Training and development for internal clients.
- Compliance and regulatory oversight and guidance – OFCOM, ICO.
Requirements:
- Significant commercial legal experience.
- Strong academics.
