We are partnering exclusively with a leading, listed, multi jurisdictional organisation to appoint a senior Company Secretary on a part time basis of approximately three days per week. This is a high impact role for an established governance professional who can advise the Board on governance strategy and help set best practice across a complex international group.
Working closely with the General Counsel, you will provide senior company secretarial support to the Board and its committees, act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, and play a central role across the full plc lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be a Chartered Company Secretary with a strong plc background. You will be based in, or within commuting distance of, London, comfortable working in a hybrid environment, and willing to travel internationally alongside the Board.
