S&H have been instructed by a top tier global luxury retailer who are seeking a Corporate lawyer to join their excellent team in London. The role will focus on Corporate activities including occasional M&A.
Key responsibilities
- Wide variety of Corporate work including potential acquisitions, disposals, integrations and governance.
- Working closely with the global Corporate team and the UK legal team including existing corporate lawyers to work with and learn from.
- Potential to take on some broader work.
- Advisory work at UK and global level.
Experience requirements
- 3-5 years' PQE (this is a guide only)
- Must have Corporate experience gained at a top law firm.
- Keen to develop an in-house career at an exciting company.
