We are partnering exclusively with a leading, listed, multi jurisdictional organisation to appoint a senior Company Secretary on a part time basis of approximately three days per week. This is a high impact role for an established governance professional who can advise the Board on governance strategy and help set best practice across a complex international group. The role offers genuine influence, breadth, and the opportunity to shape the function in a meaningful way.

Working closely with the General Counsel, you will provide senior company secretarial support to the Board and its committees, act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, and play a central role across the full plc lifecycle. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the UK Companies Act and relevant international governance frameworks. Highly visible and senior in nature, the role requires sound judgement, discretion, and the confidence to operate effectively at board level while remaining hands on with detail.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Company Secretary with a strong plc background. You will be based in, or within commuting distance of, London, comfortable working in a hybrid environment, and willing to travel internationally alongside the Board.
