Our client is seeking a senior Learning & Development professional to lead the design and delivery of a leadership development agenda targeting senior management and the broader business. This newly created, strategically significant role has direct exposure to the Executive Committee and is backed by strong organisational investment and influence.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Executive Committee and senior stakeholders to shape a future-focused leadership development strategy aligned with the firm’s long-term goals.
- Conduct a comprehensive diagnostic of current leadership capabilities and identify key areas for growth, transformation and behavioural shifts.
- Design and deliver enterprise-wide development programmes that inspire, empower and equip leaders at all levels, from emerging talent to senior executives.
- Embed a culture of continuous learning and reflective leadership, using data, feedback and behavioural science to refine approaches and measure impact.
- Bring fresh thinking to leadership capability frameworks, drawing on the latest thinking in organisational psychology, coaching, and adult learning theory.
- Act as a trusted advisor on leadership, culture, and change, helping to shape the organisation’s identity during a critical phase of growth and evolution.
- Build internal capability through coaching, mentoring and the development of high-impact learning experiences that resonate across business units.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on leadership and organisational development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at Executive Committee level.
- A deep interest in leadership psychology and transformation; executive coaching experience is welcome but not essential.
