Simmons and Hanbury has been instructed by one of the largest pension funds in the UK on an Assistant Company Secretary hire in London. This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide company secretarial and administration of the company and its board, ensuring that they remain compliant with statutory and legal requirements.
- Work closely with the Head of Secretariat on maintaining Diligent Entities, Power of Attorneys and KYC director information.
- Provide advice around governance reporting.
Experience Required
- At least 2 years experience in an Assistant Company Secretary role.
- Excellent and consistent academic record.
- Experience dealing with Diligent Entities and Companies House filings.
